Some models may require a riser plate to raise the engine, increasing chain clearance and preventing the chain from rubbing against the frame or rear panel. However, not all models require this; please evaluate your own model before purchasing. This kit does not include a riser plate, which must be purchased separately.The plastic cover is not pre-cut; you will need to trim it yourself according to your actual application.
